MONTCLAIR – 7:38 pm Montclair Fire Department and CHP received multiple 911 calls and of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian westbound 10 freeway at Monte Vista Avenue in the city of Montclair. Once firefighters arrive on scene they located a body in the number one and two-lanes of the westbound 10 freeway. Firefighters pronounced the person dead at scene. Per a CHP officer on scene he said multiple vehicles struck the body in the lanes and only one vehicle stayed at the location and is speaking to officers. Unknown at this time if this is a suicide or a traffic accident.
