DOWNEY, CALIFORNIA – A man was seen sitting in his crashed car speaking with police while waiting for the fire department to help him out of his car after crashing and bouncing off a building. Downey FD arrived and helped the man out of the car. Downey PD put handcuffs on the man as he laid down on a ambulance stretcher after failing a quick dui test and deciding to go to the hospital. He was transported to an area hospital. His car was completely totaled and towed away. The building has damage, and is available for lease!
