HIGHLAND, CALIFORNIA – Around 6:00pm a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputy was involved in a traffic collision. Initial information is that the deputy was responding code 3 to a call for service when the accident occurred. According to a witness the deputies vehicle rolled over several times. The deputy along with the driver of the other vehicle involved were transported to a hospital via ground ambulance. Footage begins with the father of one of the civilians involved in the collision being arrested for delaying a peace officer at the scene.
A Dalmatian ran from the civilian vehicle involved in the collision and went to a nearby home. The owner of the home took control of the dog and brought it to the scene. The good Samaritan provided SOT.
