LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – Per witnesses people got out of a car that had previously been involved in a crash and were struck by passing vehicles. CHP is investigating and at least one person has been declared dead at the scene. There are two sheets covering on the freeway. It’s possible that the second sheet is body parts or a possible a second fatal.
