ORANGE COUNTY – The driver of a white SUV took police on a wild high speed pursuit through Orange County touching on multiple freeways throughout. The driver of a possibly stolen SUV came to a sudden stop after a successful spike strip on the westbound 91 freeway just before Carmenita. The driver who was the only occupant gave up without further incident thereafter, walking out of the SUV and then into custody. The CHP officers took the vehicle off the freeway at Carmenita and did a further search of the suspect and found drugs inside his sock. He will be booked.
