DOWNTOWN LA: DUI vs Forklift

A speeding drunk driver was not paying attention and crashed into a working forklift on Olive St in Downtown LA. The driver of the forklift can be seen in the video uninjured. The workers said the driver had the smell of alcohol on him. The forklift driver said the driver of the car came straight at him too fast. There is a worker with a SLOW / STOP sign but the driver did not see him. The forklift was moving metal from one spot to another when the drunk driver struck it.
