DOWNEY: Rollover Crash vs Parked Cars

Downey PD will be charging a young lady for crashing her moms Lexus SUV on a Downey Street. The crash caused one parked car to be pushed into another parked car. The crash caused the SUV to flip over. A male passenger was uninjured and allowed to walk home. The female driver’s mom was called to the scene.
