CENTEREACH, NEW YORK – Suffolk County Police & Centereach Fire Department responded to a multiple vehicle crash at Route 25 (Middle Country Rd) & Nicolls Road. When first responders arrived they found 5 vehicles that had collided. One of the vehicles a gray sedan had T-Boned a black sedan trapping the occupants inside the black sedan. Police Sources say at least one person inside the black sedan was killed on impact. Suffolk County Police took one person into custody, but its unclear what charges are pending. Suffolk County Police Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Units responded to conduct an accident investigation involving a fatality. Middle Country Rd will be shutdown into the night while Suffolk County Police investigate.
