DALLAS TX – During a routine ATM maintenance service at the Oak Cliff Neighborhood Credit Union located at 1515 N. Cockrell Hill Rd. A unidentified black male wearing a jacket with police on the back was armed with a rifle demanding property from the security guards who doubled as ATM technicians with Touch Point 21. During the incident one of the officers were shot and the suspect fled the scene with a duffel bag in a white Volkswagen Passat driven by a female. The Dallas Police Department and the FBI Dallas Field office are investigating the offense.
