11.7.20 | by Adam | BROWNSVILLE, Brooklyn – A cyclist was struck by a car. It happened at 3:18 am Saturday in the vicinity of Rockaway Parkway & Kings Highway, within the confines of 67th Precinct. Police rushed the ambulance to the location for a cyclist who was struck with lacerations to the head and heavy bleeding. He was treated and transported to an area hospital in serious but stable condition. A car stayed on the scene with visible damage to the windshield. The bicycle was seen on its side close to the damaged vehicle. Unknown if the driver stayed on scene or fled.
