DALLAS, TEXAS – Officers from the Northwest Patrol Division came upon a vehicle with a victim inside suffering a gunshot wound in Oak Cliff.
Officers stabilized the patient and applied a tourniquet to stop major bleeding until EMS arrived. Dallas Fire-Rescue treated and quickly transported to a nearby hospital.
No Suspect information was available nor any details to where this assault offense occurred.
