Commercial Fire with Injuries / Victorville CA 9.4.20

VICTORVILLE CA – A fire in an abandoned Victorville restaurant sent two people to the hospital including a firefighter. The fire broke out late Thursday night at the former Los Abuelos Family Restaurant. Victorville Fire responded with a full commercial response. Mutual Aid was requested from Apple Valley Fire. Two injuries were reported. One, a civilian, who was suffering from smoke inhalation. The second, a firefighter, with unknown injuries. Both victims were transported to Victor Valley Global Medical Center for treatment. The fire fight was ongoing as of 1:00 AM. A full retreat alarm (immediately exit the building due to safety reasons) was called at 1:09 AM.
