LOS ANGELES – Hundreds of cars and spectators flocked to the Pico Union area of Los Angeles right near the Central CHP Office for a street takeover. Cars were performing donuts in the middle of the intersection almost nearly hitting spectators. LAPD air unit finally arrived at the location and also patrol units. The crowd dispersed before ground units arrived .
