HESPERIA, CALIFORNIA – A man was shot and killed Christmas day in Hesperia. The shooting occurred at 5:09 PM in a parking lot of a strip mall at Bear Valley Road and Seventh Avenue. The victim fled the scene but collapsed on Bear Valley Road. SBCo Fire Paramedics transported the victim to Desert Valley Medical Center. According to the SBSO Hesperia dispatch log, the incident is being investigated as a homicide.
