BALDWIN PARK – East LA California Highway Patrol tried to pull over a black four-door vehicle eastbound on EB 10 fwy at the 710 fwy. The vehicle did not stop and a slow pursuit started eastbound on the 10 freeway. The suspect continued on the EB10 passing the 605 entering into the city of Baldwin Park. Baldwin Park CHP took over the pursuit and also set up strips at the EB10 Freeway at Baldwin Park Blvd. The suspect vehicle hit the spike strip and it came to a slow stop exiting at Pacific Avenue and she pulled into a parking lot where CHP took her into custody. The female suspect said that she ran because she was shot at earlier prior to being pulled over and was afraid to be shot at again.
