At 1:49 am Chino PD and Chino Valley Fire Department received multiple 911 calls of a vehicle into a building and a fire hydrant on Riverside Dr. Once officers and firefighters arrived on scene they located a vehicle into a structure at an apartment complex. Firefighters were able to turn off the water to the hydrant. Witnesses told officers the suspect fled the location from the scene. Unknown at this time if speed or alcohol was a factor in the traffic accident.
