SAN PEDRO, CALOFORNIA – LAFD responded to a reported physical rescue at Gaffey Street and the 110 freeway. Firefighters reported that all parties were out of the vehicle and the driver was nowhere to be found. While firefighters were waiting for LAPD a group of 3 males started to tag the suspects car. The group also tried to steal parts off the car and stole the suspects phone from the car. LAPD is handling the investigation.
