LOMA LINDA, CALIFORNIA – On Saturday evening, October 03, 2020 deputies with the San Bernardino Sheriff Department responded to and was assisting the Loma Linda Hospital Security Department in reference a “Car Show” taking over the Loma Linda Hospital Parking Structure located at 11234 Anderson St in the City of Loma Linda, California. Deputies arrived to discover approximately 5,000 plus individuals and about 3,000 vehicles around the Loma Linda Medical Hospital. Individuals attending the event were walking on the street, half were not wearing any mask or any other face covering and were also not practicing social distancing. Vehicles were blocking traffic in the intersection of Anderson St near the hospital as cars were attempting to enter the hospital parking structure where the event was taking place. Ambulances with American Medical Response were trying to enter Anderson St to transport patients to the Loma Linda Hospital Emergency entrance but were having difficulty getting in due to the large crowed and vehicle traffic.
