CANOGA PARK: Party Drowning

At approximately 1848, LAFD responded to reports of a drowning. Arriving units confirmed they had a drowning victim. LAFD did transport a victim to a local hospital, possibly a child victim, due to the fact LAFD transported a drowning victim. It appears that there was a party going off at the residence. LAFD is handling the incident. It is unknown if LAPD Devonshire is involved in this incident.
