On Saturday night September 08, 2018 Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire responded to reports of multiple people falling ill at a wedding. The mass casualty incident was reported around 8:02pm at a ranch in the 31100 block of San Timoteo Canyon Road. According to Battalion Chief Mark League with Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire, first arriving emergency crews located 25 patients suffering from nausea and vomiting. Five patients were transported in serious condition, 11 in minor condition and 9 in moderate condition. The source of the illness is still being investigated however, the Cal Fire / Riverside County Fire Hazardous Materials Team has ruled out hazardous materials. Nine fire engines as well as a hazmat crew and nine ambulances responded to the scene. No further details were immediately available.
