The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified individual seen in the attached video and photo who is sought in connection with a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 90 Precinct. Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Monday, June 28, 2021 at 2010 hours in , the 35-year-old female victim was walking southbound on Morgan Avenue when she noticed an unidentified male was following her. The victim turned to head westbound on Stagg Street and the male continued to follow her. While in front of 361 Stagg Street, the male tackled the victim from behind and forced her onto the ground. The male held the victim down, reached into the her shorts and forcibly grabbed her buttocks. The male then fled the location running eastbound on Stagg Street. The victim was not physically injured and refused medical treatment.
The individual is described as a male approximately 5’5″ tall, weighing 165 pounds, with a medium complexion, medium build and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, green camouflage pants and black sneakers.
