EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn – A 21-year-old woman was fatally shot Friday night. This happened in front of 315 Van Siclen Ave at 7 pm in the confines of the 73 Precinct. The suspect is a 20-year-old male black with dreadlocks, slim, and wearing an orange hoodie fled in a white Chevy Suburban east on Belmont. The victim was transported to Brookdale Hospital where she was pronounced deceased. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
