DOWNTOWN, Brooklyn – A man was hit by a train at the Dekalb subway station at Dekalb and Flatbush Thursday morning at 10 am. FDNY extricated the victim and he was transported by NYU EMS with lights and sirens to Lutheran Medical Center.
