BROOKLYN: Cyclist Hit & Dragged By Van

BENSONHURST, Brooklyn – A van hit and injured a cyclist Saturday evening at 5:08 pm. Witnesses reported stated he was hit and dragged by the van and ended up on top of him. Bystanders helped the cyclist out from under the van. The driver stayed on scene and was not arrested. The cyclist was transported in serious but stable condition to Maimonides hospital. NYPD Highway Collision Investigation Squad was requested for this incident.
