BROOKLYN: 5-Alarm Fire Destroys Sushi Restaurant

4.17.19 | by Adam Balhetchet | A 5-alarm fire broke out around 6:30 am at a doctors office & all you can eat sushi restaurant on 2118 Flatbush Ave. The fire was located on the roof of the building. Over 200 firefighters responded. 4 tower ladders were in operation and it took over 3 hours for the fire to get under control. A few firefighters suffered minor injuries from fighting the fire. Cause of the fire under investigation by fire marshalls.
