BRONX: Barricaded Emotionally Disturbed Person

HIGHBRIDGE, Bronx – 44 Precinct units responded to calls in regards to shots fired. Upon arrival, they ascertained it was from loud music. Shortly after, they discovered an EDP barricaded inside their home. NYPD Technical Assistance Response Unit (TARU) and NYPD Hostage Negotiation Team (HNT)
