CARSON, CALIFORNIA – A man driving a yellow box van slammed into four vehicles as they were all traveling westbound on Carson Street. As he was exiting the 110 South freeway offramp, the brakes on his van and sent him crashing into other vehicles on Carson Street. At least two patients were transported to a very local, UCLA Medical Center, just one block away. All four traffic lanes on Carson were closed for just over an hour during the busy morning traffic, causing commuters to clog the freeway while detouring out of the area.
