NORWALK – A pursuit of a silver BMW was called off by CHP as the vehicle was travelling high speeds through city streets in Norwalk. A minute after the CHP called off the pursuit the driver of the BMW lost control and crashed into a wall at a residence. The passenger, a minor, stayed and cooperated with police and the driver, also a minor, fled the scene on foot and is still outstanding. The CHP is handling.
