CORONA (LLN) – On Tuesday evening May 11, 2021 the California Highway Patrol responded to a report of a minivan’s window shot out on the 91 Freeway. The incident occurred around 6:00pm on the eastbound 91 near Main Street. According to the victim, he was in the #2 lane of the 91 eastbound, and just after he passed Lincoln Street, he heard his side window shatter. The victim believes the shooter was in a sedan next to him and the shooter was in the passenger seat or rear seat. The victim exited the freeway at Main Street and waited for officers to arrive. No injuries were reported. This would make the sixth vehicle shot at in two days in the Corona / Riverside area. Five out of the six vehicles have been white in color.
