12.2.20 | by Adam | UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan – Around 11 pm an unverified 10-13 officer requesting backup over 911 came in at West 90 & Broadway in regards to a foot pursuit with a possible secret service agent involved. Upon arrival the perp was arrested and a firearm was recovered from underneath a vehicle. Witnesses stated the perp was already in handcuffs and running, suggesting he may have escaped police custody.
