Apple Valley Fire responded at a home in the 14900 block of Romana Road Thursday on reports of multiple critical patients in a possible unlicensed hospice board and care facility. Arriving paramedics requested nine ambulance to transport patients in various conditions to local hospitals. SBSO Apple Valley and San Bernardino County officials were also on scene. The call went out around 5:15 PM.
