A multiple vehicle head on traffic accident Sunday afternoon in Apple Valley has reportedly left one person dead. The accident occurred 2:00 PM in the 19900 block of Bear Valley Road. Two air ambulances were requested but one was canceled. Three ground ambulances were also requested to the scene. Arriving Apple Valley Fire paramedics reported on DOA, one immediate and three delayed patients. The accident involved what appeared to be a Toyota minivan, a Chev SUV and a small sedan. The investigation is being conducted by SBSO Apple Valley.
