FONTANA – The Fontana Police Department is conducting a death investigation in the 7480 block of Lime Ave. The death is believed to be Fentanyl related. Last month, on May 19th a Fentanyl related death occurred on the same street, a few houses away, at 7446 Lime Ave. On that day, the Lime Ave death was the third Fentanyl death within 24 hrs, in the same general area. It’s highly plausible that the Fentanyl related deaths are connected.
