LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – An older Ford Explorer, while waiting at a red light, was struck by another smaller vehicle that was also exiting the North-110 Freeway Adams Blvd exit. The crash was so severe it pushed in the wheels of the SUV causing all airbags to deploy. The driver and passenger of the vehicle that hit the Explorer were seriously injured and were transported to area hospitals. CHP was on scene investigating the traffic collision. The driver of the Explorer was checked out by firefighters but did not want to be taken to the hospital. The smaller vehicle did not seem to have slowed down and hit the unsuspecting motorist at full speed. No further information available.
