DALLAS, TEXAS – An off-duty officer working security at 1938 High Hill Blvd heard a random gunshot that was to be an accidental shooting of his brother in the mouth that he didn’t mean to do. Dallas Fire-Rescue rushed in to apply lifesaving measures to save the patient who was low-sick (critical condition) and transported to a nearby hospital.
