POMONA, CALIFORNIA – On Wednesday March 10, 2021 Pomona Pd and Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a traffic collision involving a pedestrian at S Indian Hill Blvd and E Holt Ave. Once officers and firefighters arrived on scene they located one person in the middle of a rainy street. The pick up truck that struck the pedestrian stayed at the scene. Firefighters pronounced the victim dead on scene. Unknown at this time how the accident occurred. Pomona Pd is talking to the driver of the pick up truck. Pomona Pd has both north and southbound lanes closed as they handle their investigation into the fatal accident. Unknown at the time if rain or Speed played a factor in the accident.
