LONE PINE CA – Sometime after 10:40 am a 5.8 earthquake struck near the City of Lone Pine Ca right off Highway 395. We spoke to Aman Deep Singh, an employee at the Mobil gas station right off the 395 Hwy at 380 N Main St, he said that he felt the ground start to shake.When it started to get worse that’s when he ran out the store to make sure his grandfather was outside and safe. All the customers made it out safely. One other customer that lives down the street from the gas station said it sounded like a train and the ground started to shake. She also said that there was some damage to her house due to the earthquake.
