BALDWIN PARK – CHP & LACOFD responded to a traffic collision with one vehicle overturned and one person trapped at westbound 10 freeway just before Francisquito Ave. CHP arrived on scene and immediately shut down all lanes of the westbound 10 freeway as firefighters attempted to get one person out of the vehicle that was upside down. The victim was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries. There were a total of three vehicles involved in the traffic accident. The other two people that were involved in the traffic accident were checked out by paramedics and cleared at the scene. CHP was able to push the overturned vehicle over to the number one lane so they could open up three lanes for traffic.
