TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA – A local business man totalled his McLaren Supercar early this morning on the way to his office in Carson. He was traveling eastbound on Sepulveda when somehow his vehicle crashed into a woman driving a small burgundy suv. The McLaren finally came to a stop about a quarter mile down the road after losing his front passenger side wheel. The woman was unable to exit her vehicle on her own due to major damage to the driver side of her vehicle. She was quickly extricated and freed with no major injuries. The 78 year old male driver of the $300,000
was quite shook up from the incident, but still sported a big smile at times even though this is the second McLaren he totalled in the last couple of months. The last accident in which he totaled his first McLaren he lost control of his vehicle in the heavy fog and rain , also on his way to his office in Carson. That time firefighters had to extricate him out of the vehicle to bring him to safety. When I asked him about the situation he said “I can’t really stop people from hitting me, it was just an accident. Accidents happen. I’m just happy that my other two McLarens are resting safely in my garage”
