5.1.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, Manhattan – A two-vehicle crash possibly involving a police car damaged a light pole and broke the glass of a store. It happened around 1:40 am Friday at W181 & Broadway. One victim was transported to an area hospital. The power company was called for the light pole. Anticrime plainclothes officers also detained a male and later transported him in a marked police car to the precinct. Unknown if he was involved with the crash.
