7.17.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | EDENWALD, Bronx – A 17-year-old male was shot. It happened just before midnight Friday at Monticello Ave & Edenwald Ave, within the confines of the 47th Precinct. The victim was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg and transported in stable condition to Jacobi hospital. A car that crashed into a pole was within the crime scene with a possible bullet hole in the rear bumper, and one shell casing was found on the crosswalk. Police were canvassing for evidence around the backyard of a house as well.
