7.24.20 | Video by LLNNYC | CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (DCPI) – On Friday, July 24, 2020, at approximately 2220 hours, police responded to a 911 call for a male shot in front of Dean Street (Weeksville Garden Houses), in the confines of the 77th Precinct/Police Service Area 2. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 17-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS transported the victim to Interfaith Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
