BALDWIN PARK – California Highway Patrol responded to a flooding on the eastbound 10 freeway just before Puente Avenue exit. Once CHP arrived on scene they closed down the number 3, 4 and 5 lane. The water is about a foot to foot and a half that is flooding the right shoulder of the lanes.
